Appointik Patient App Launched – View Appointments & E-Prescriptions Online

The Appointik Patient App is now live, allowing clinics and doctors to digitally connect with their patients and provide easy access to appointments and e-prescriptions.

For Doctors & Clinics

Dear Doctor,

We are happy to announce the official launch of the Appointik Patient App. You can now list your clinic in the Patient App by using the Appointik Clinic App.

To make your clinic visible:

  1. Open the Appointik Clinic App
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Edit and update any missing clinic details
  4. Save the changes

Once enabled, your patients can:

  • View their past appointments online
  • Access e-prescriptions anytime from the Patient App

Important update on e-prescriptions:
E-prescriptions are now available in multiple languages. If you have previously uploaded your clinic logo or digital signature, we recommend deleting and re-uploading them once. This helps generate optimized e-prescription PDF file sizes.

Clinics can copy and share the following message with their patients via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Dear Patient, You can now view your appointments and e-prescriptions from our clinic using the Appointik Patient App. Download the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samrithtech.appointik.patient Please sign in using the email ID or Google account shared with our clinic. Thank you.

Tip: Patients should sign in using the same email ID or Google account shared with the clinic to view their medical records.
