Introducing Patient Surveys in Appointik 🎉

We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature in the Appointik App — Patient Surveys!

With this feature, you can easily capture patient satisfaction and feedback on your treatment, prescriptions, clinic experience, staff interactions, and more. Continuous feedback helps you identify areas of improvement and build stronger patient trust.

How to Use Patient Surveys

Step 1: Create a Survey Record

You can create survey records whenever you want to collect patient feedback. Multiple survey records can be added for a single appointment — for example, right after the consultation and again after follow-ups.

There are three ways to add a survey record:

Step 2: Add or Update Survey Questions & Responses

  • Navigate to Utilities → Patient Surveys.

  • Select a survey record → choose Update Survey from the pop-up menu. 

  • Add your questions and record the patient’s feedback.

💡 Tip: You can pre-set commonly used survey questions under Setup → Survey Questions. This makes it faster to add questions with auto-complete.

Step 3: View Survey History

You can review survey results anytime:
